This weekend I once again changed the location (sorry about making it confusing). We're going to be joining Eric Gierke's group. Note the time change (7:30). Please RSVP if you want Gatorade along the route.

THIS WEEK

Sunday, March 7, 7:30am, Marymoor Park

Meet at the bathrooms at the west end of the park near the baseball and soccer fields. We will run an out-and-back along the Sammamish Trail for about 14 miles total. Options for additional miles will be presented on the run. I will be doing 20 miles if anybody wants to go really long. Please remember parking there is $1.

The plan is simply to run the bike trail (Sammamish River Trail) to Wilmot Park and back.  That should be about 15 miles.  However, for those wanting to do 20, on the way back (just before getting back to Marymoor) that group will turn right onto the bike trail that parallels 520 and run up the hill (the only hill all day, I promise) and do a loop at the top of the hill around the Microsoft and other buildings, then return back down the hill and back to the cars for appx 20.
 
We should have a Gatorade drop near the Wilmot turnaround, and one also for the long run group near the base of the hill.   But it may be a large enough crowd that bringing a carry-able water bottle may not be bad advice.

NEXT WEEK

Saturday, March 13, 7:00am, Mercer Island (same as ESR)

Meet at the Lid Park and run extra miles before the 8:30 ESR run.

I will not be able to lead next week's run at Mercer Island, so if somebody wants to volunteer to be run leader, please let me know. Unfortunately I have to do my long run at 5:00am (ugh!) due to another committment, so if somebody wants to run with me before the sun comes up on Saturday the 13th, let me know.
