THIS WEEK

Note the change in start time. I'm doing 3 loops. Bring a headlamp and reflective gear for the first loop.

Saturday, Jan. 28, 6:30, Downtown Kirkland

Run the 6.4 mile figure 8 or one of the shorter loops before the ESR run. Loop 1 leaves promptly at 6:30. If we don't get back by 7:30, people running loop 2, go ahead and leave. Loop 3 will be with the rest of ESR.
