Heather Nakamura, MPE, MS, RD is a registered dietitian, exercise physiologist, and sports nutritionist for Northwest Runner magazine.  She works with endurance athletes to help them develop a balanced approach to eating and exercise that maximizes body composition, health, training and performance.
