ESR Sat Morning Run - Redmond Super Jock n Jill

Parking:  the Sky Painting parking lot (map) is free on weekends.  

Meetup Location:  Super Jock n' Jill (map) will open for ESR at 8:15

Restrooms: in SJ&J after 8:15, or at Redmond Downtown Park

Breakfast:   Get takeout from Hoffman's (1 block from SJ&J) or Homegrown (1.5 blocks) and join us for breakfast al fresco at Redmond Downtown Park (across the street)

Routes:

There are two routes, about 3.6 and 6 miles.  For additional miles you can add out and back along the Sammamish River Trail at the beginning, middle, or end of the run.   Surface:  There's about 1.2 miles of gravel trail on the 6 mile route.  The rest is asphalt or concrete.

Leave SJ&J, head right on Cleveland then right on 161st

Go down the ramp then turn right (north) onto Sammamish River Trail (SRT)

  Cross the footbridge

Follow the Puget Power trail to Willows road

Turn left and follow the sidewalk until it becomes the Redmond Connector Trail.  Keep going, recross the river.

Turn left on 161st then left on Cleveland

Go up the ramp, across the bridge, down the ramp, and run south on the gravel trail (option: continue north on SRT, add miles out-n-back)
